Jacob has been involved with fitness almost his entire life. Growing up playing sports he learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle & the benefits it brings. He specializes in personalized meal and workout plans for those professionals with a busy schedule that want to make a lasting impact on their health and wellbeing.
Jessica began her health and wellness journey upon graduation & has used her transformation to motivate her clients and show them that anything is possible with the right discipline and mindset, She specializes in personalized training programs that focus on prioritizing mental health as a core pillar of wellness.
